The organization meeting, will meet on the first Thursday of each month at a
designated Waukegan park District facility.  

Quarterly Board Meetings, shall be held on the first Wednesday of the first month
of each quarter (January, April, July October).

Annual Membership meeting, shall be held on the first Thursday in November of
each year. (the secretary will publicize the location and time of the meeting one
month prior to the meeting).

Elections, for officers or representatives for the coming 1 or 2 year terms shall be
made at the annual November membership meeting.  Nominations shall be open
from the October quarterly board meeting until the annual membership meeting.
